With this email confirmation, the purchase contract has been concluded.

All prices listed on GT1’s website are in valid currency and include the statutory Value Added Tax applicable at the time. The total price of your order, including all taxes and fees, will be displayed at checkout.

Payment can be made using one of the methods mentioned in our shop: credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Payment must be completed before the delivery of the products.

4. Delivery and Shipping

5. Reservation of Proprietary Rights

The goods remain the property of GT1 until full payment is received.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We adhere strictly to statutory warranty rights. All items from our shop come with a legal warranty period of two years from the date of delivery. In the event of a defect or malfunction within this period, you are entitled to request a repair or replacement of the respective product. If repair or replacement is not possible, you may choose to reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the purchase contract.

GT1 is liable for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or our performance agents in the case of injury to life, limb, or health, or deliberate or grossly negligent breaches of duty, as well as for other damages based on intentionally or grossly negligent breach of obligations and malice.

9. Severability Clause

If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective. Instead of the invalid provision, the relevant legal provisions will apply.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by German law. The competent court in Germany will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
